Events, shows and tastings play a crucial role throughout the wine industry calendar. TastingBuddy® 's On-line Wine Entry system is designed specifically for tasting organisers who need to collect wine information from multiple exhibitors.
As an organiser, you will be able to gain greater control over your event via the 'Organiser's Control Panel' which enables you to:
- Access each of your exhibitors' on-line wine entry thus giving you full control over the entry process.
- Register new exhibitors for your event.
- Assign stand numbers for all your exhibitors.
- Review the status of each exhibitor at a glance.
- Download the wine information in order to create a physical tasting brochure/booklet for your visitors.
All your exhibitors are issued with an individual username in order to:
- Enter their business and wine details on-line.
- Correct & update their details before the deadline.
- Receive an automated confirmation that their wines have been registered for your event.
